As the Dallas Cowboys face challenges on defense, criticism falls on the franchise’s defensive coordinator, Christian Parker.
However, according to Jason La Canfora, the award-winning NFL reporter, analyst and insider, the Cowboys’ problems extend beyond Parker.
"Christian Parker is being hung out to dry a little bit now. Christian Parker’s being exposed, but Christian Parker doesn’t really have the infrastructure, and he doesn’t have the institutional wherewithal as a longtime coordinator to necessarily fix things on the fly," the insider said in an exclusive interview for Casino Guru News.
La Canfora placed much of the responsibility for the team’s struggles on owner Jerry Jones and executive Stephen Jones.
"So, this is a failure of Jerry and Stephen Jones making. They went out and made a trade for Joey Porter Jr from the Steelers that we told you Joey Porter Jr was going to get dealt in September. He had no future in Pittsburgh," La Canfora said.
The analyst predicted Dallas will get the help they need from Porter Jr on the field but stressed that the Jones family may need more help up front.
"Jerry and Stephen Jones know they need, according to multiple general managers, those guys know they need major help upfront, and they are committed to trying to do something else to help this football team win," La Canfora explained in conclusion.
