Yolo Group has appointed Lara Falzon as its new Chief Executive Officer for B2B brands, with Falzon stepping into the position as part of the company’s strategy to boost and expand its sustained growth momentum.
Yolo Group is looking to capitalize on Falzon’s long-standing experience in the industry and create more opportunities for the firm as it seeks to build brands that are set to outlast the competition and push forward.
In her time, Falzon has worked with some of the leading iGaming suppliers, studios, and tech-solution developers in the industry, including Evoke, Red Tiger Gaming, NetEnt, and notably AvatarUX, where she served as the CEO.
Her appointment follows that of Jan Claude Magri, who was bumped up to Chief Financial Officer in January, with both executives bringing a host of relevant experience. Yolo Group has been focusing on many core assets, among which are Hub88, Live88, Odds88, and OneTouch, with each of these products serving a particular niche meant to strengthen the company’s own offer.
Commenting on her appointment, Falzon had this to add: "I’m thrilled to join Yolo Group during one of the most exciting periods in the company’s history. As proven by its success so far this year, there is enormous potential for innovation, strengthening partnerships, and scaling across global markets."
She was welcomed by Yolo Group Middle East CEO Jose Micallef, who expressed a similar sentiment. Commenting on her appointment, Micallef simply said: "Lara brings exceptional industry insight gained over many years, along with a track record of delivering impressive results. I am delighted to hand over the baton to such a strong leader."
