The only AAA Five-Diamond casino resort and a go-to destination in California, the Yaamava' Resort and Casino at San Manuel, celebrates its 40th anniversary with the introduction of a reimagined cocktail program.

The popular hotel and casino resort developed the new program in collaboration with Giancarlo Bar Consulting, a company founded by Giancarlo Mancino, the internationally acclaimed bartender and entrepreneur.

Guests can experience unique beverage options

Commemorating Yaamava' Resort and Casino's anniversary, the new cocktail program offers a refined and globally inspired approach to the resort's luxury beverage experience.

As a result, guests will be able to enjoy exceptional beverages that successfully fuse modern mixology with the rich heritage of Southern California's premier hospitality venue.

Yaamava' Resort and Casino will debut its new cocktail program at its award-winning fine dining destination, The Pines Modern Steakhouse (The Pines).

The launch comes just in time for the casino resort's 40th anniversary and highlights the venue's evolution in delivering new beverage experiences.

Besides at The Pines, guests at Yaamava' Resort and Casino will be able to experience refreshed cocktail menus at the venue's Y Lounge and Lobby Bar.

In celebration of the 40th anniversary and the debut of the reimagined cocktail program, Yaamava' Resort and Casino invited its guests to a one-night-only event with Giacamo Giannotti, the world-renowned mixologist, ranked among the best bars by The World's 50 Best Bars.

Kenji Hall, Yaamava' Resort and Casino's General Manager, spoke about the new cocktail menu, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.

"Our goal is always to surprise and delight our guests in meaningful ways, especially as we celebrate our 40th anniversary," he said.

Moreover, Hall pointed out: "By pairing Collection 86 with Giancarlo's global perspective, we've created a cocktail experience that invites discovery, celebrates flavor and tells a story worthy of this milestone year."

Giancarlo Mancino, Giancarlo Bar Consulting's founder, added: "By drawing from the depth of Collection 86 and pairing it with contemporary technique, we've created a cocktail experience that feels timeless, immersive and deeply connected to Yaamava' Resort and Casino's identity."

Finally, Mancino said that collaborating on the design of the program was a privilege, adding that it will be exciting to see the reimagined cocktail experience celebrate the resort's anniversary.

The new cocktail menu features Twists on Classics, representing modern interpretations of popular cocktails.

Moreover, Yaamava' Resort and Casino's new beverage program will offer the From Grape to Glass collection, highlighting exceptional wine from regions across California.

At the same time, the new beverage experience will deliver The 86 Collection, showcasing the property's exceptional archive of rare spirits and wines for the crafting of iconic cocktails.
