White Hat Gaming has picked an iGaming veteran to spearhead its global sales, as Steve Angelo has now been appointed to the role of Senior Vice President of Global Sales and will be instrumental in driving results for the acclaimed supplier globally, Casino Guru News learned in an email press release.
Angelo holds more than two decades of experience under his belt, and he has worked at the helm of numerous other industry leaders, including Scientific Games, IGT, WMS Gaming, and OpenBet.
Angelo is joining the company’s own team of prominent figures and executives, who will continue to steer the company towards better results, having enjoyed a strong performance so far. Speaking about his appointment, Angelo had this to add:
"WhiteHatGaming is one of the most respected names within the gambling sector, and I am incredibly honored to be joining such a talented and highly motivated team."
The newly-appointed executive has hailed White Hat Gaming’s leadership position in the industry, and its string of successful partnerships in the regulated gaming market. He vowed to boost the partnership footprint with existing clients and seek out new ones as White Hat Gaming continues to push forward.
Much of these efforts will be focused squarely on achieving commercial success and driving revenue, with the supplier already making a dedicated push into the United States and becoming one of the top-performing providers of products locally.
White Hat Gaming has been steadily building its footprint in the country having recently introduced its games with Stardust Online Casino and Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
Angelo’s appointment was similarly welcomed by the company’s top brass, with White Hat Gaming CEO Phil Gelvan focusing on the man’s extensive and invaluable experience.
"We are confident Steve’s leadership and operational expertise will fuel our global business growth throughout 2025 and beyond," Gelvan concluded, confident in the future of the sales force under Angelo’s stewardship.
Elsewhere, too, the company has been leaving its mark on the industry with the supplier teaming up with Peter & Sons to help the latter increase its footprint in the iGaming market in the United Kingdom.
The company has helped with a similar move for Swintt, another respected company with strong ties in the market.
