Independent slot studio Thunderkick has stolen another important march on the European iGaming market with the company expanding to the Danish market, Casino Guru News learned in an email press release.
Moving forward, and thanks to a B2B license obtained by the supplier from the Danish Gambling Authority or Spillemyndigheden as the regulator goes by its Danish name, Thunderkick will be able to provide partner operators with a distinct variety of slot games.
The license will however come into effect on January 1, 2025, which gives the supplier enough time to scout fresh business opportunities and establish new content alliances that are meant to boost the reach of its products and provide greater value to partners.
Thunderkick Chief Compliance Officer Wan Kim welcomes the chance to see the company push forward into yet another important jurisdiction in Europe.
"Obtaining a B2B license has been a focus since the Danish Gambling Authority announced the new regulations earlier this year, and our application’s success emphasizes the quality of Thunderkick products and our unwavering commitment to adhering to consistently updating regulations," Kim said.
Kim is hoping to soon see Thunderkick’s own games live with some of the country’s biggest operators. Thunderkick has plenty of excellent games to offer partners, including Midas Golden Touch, Pink Elephants, and Flame Busters as some of its most notable releases.
At the end of November, Thunderkick managed to establish a content partnership with Livespins, promoting its slot games further with the unique platform which allows streamers to play slot games on camera while Livespins’ overlay menu lets viewers bet alongside the streamers.
Besides Denmark, the company has been expanding in other markets as well. Among those are Colombia, where Thunderkick partnered up with the innovative casino brand Luckia. Thunderkick also recently signed a partnership with Vegas.hu in Hungary.
