Playtech has grown its footprint in the North American market through a partnership with Rush Street Interactive, which will allow the two companies to push together in several separate jurisdictions.

Playtech expands in North America with BetRivers and RSI

According to the terms of the deal, Rush Street Interactive platforms will benefit from the full portfolio of Playtech titles, with the supplier’s state-of-the-art live casino games already available in New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania with BetRivers.

The overall footprint of the content alliance is much larger, however, with different RSI platforms benefiting from Playtech content in other markets as well, including Ontario, Canada and Mexico.

Commenting on this fresh opportunity for the supplier, Playtech COO Shimon Akad said that he was excited to see his company deepen its presence across the North American market by providing one of the leading betting and gaming brands in the region with best-in-class content.

"Our partnership with RSI, one of the most respected casino operators across the Americas, is going from strength to strength, and we’re delighted to be working alongside their team to bring our market-leading content to BetRivers players in North America," Akad added.

Partnership marks further efforts in consolidating NA presence for both partners

RSI CEO Richard Schwartz was similarly pleased with the opportunity to get another content leg-up with Playtech’s help and see the company’s brands strengthened in the regional market once more.

"The addition of this casino content from Playtech will further our efforts to become a leading online operator across the Americas," Schwartz noted. Apart from teaming up with Playtech, the company has been particularly keen to enhance its game portfolio and the available products it brings to market.

As such, Rush Street Interactive has teamed up with Play’n GO to strengthen its slot portfolio in places like Pennsylvania, and with Evolution Gaming to level up its live casino dealer experience in Delaware.
