The globally recognized entertainment, hospitality and gaming brand, Planet Hollywood, continues to expand its footprint.
Under a newly executed license agreement with Orbi Group and Block Group, in association with Iconic Entertainment, Planet Hollywood Resorts International confirmed its upcoming debut in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Representing the first integrated resort in Georgia, the development will deliver supreme hospitality, entertainment and gaming options.
Located at the heart of Tbilisi, the new hotel and casino resort is going to create more than 2,000 permanent jobs.
At the same time, Planet Hollywood's new venue is expected to serve as a major catalyst, bolstering the economic growth in the region and making Tbilisi a go-to location.
Tbilisi is the capital of Georgia and a city that successfully fuses modern life and a rich cultural heritage.
Offering hospitality, cultural attractions and entertainment, the city is a natural home for Planet Hollywood's newest integrated resort.
Robert Earl, Planet Hollywood's Founder, spoke with excitement about the latest announcement, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
"This represents a defining step in the continued global evolution of the Planet Hollywood brand," he said.
Moreover, Earl pointed out: "Tbilisi is a city with extraordinary character and momentum. Together with our partners, we are creating a destination that brings together entertainment, hospitality, and immersive experiences in a way that is both ambitious and authentic to the market."
Irakli Kvergelidze, Orbi Group's CEO, shared the positive vibe.
"We are proud to be bringing Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino to Tbilisi and to deliver a destination that will help shape the future of tourism and hospitality in Georgia," Kvergelidze explained.
The first fully integrated resort in Georgia, anchored by Planet Hollywood's signature taste for entertainment, lifestyle and luxury guest experiences, is currently under construction.
The Tbilisi development is going to offer a 500-room Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino, as well as a 600-room Radisson Blu Luxury Hotel.
Jointly offering more than 1,000 luxury hotel rooms, the two-tower campus will be complemented by a 50,000-square-foot casino.
Ensuring supreme experiences, a 4,000-seat entertainment venue is also part of the massive development.
Further amenities are going to include more than 70,000 square feet of Harvey Nichols retail, dining, nightlife and other offerings, which will likely attract visitors from across the globe.
