The certification covers passive, as well as active bribery.

Moreover, ISO 37001 complements other certifications secured by Oddsgate for its management systems, including ISO 22301, which is related to Business Continuity, ISO 27001 for Information Security and ISO 9001 for Quality.

On the other hand, ISO 37301 complements Oddsgate's structure and monitoring related to compliance.

Unlike ISO 37301's predecessor, which was only a guideline, the certification represents a high standard and highlights a company's ability to track its regulatory and legal obligations with the ultimate goal of ongoing improvement.
