Mark Yoseloff steps in as consultant for Light & Wonder

Former Shuffle Master Chairman and CEO Mark Yoseloff has stepped in as a consultant for Light & Wonder, a global iGaming and gambling giant with a footprint in the world’s most competitive and lucrative markets.

Yoseloff will bring in his outstanding expertise that has a tight focus on numerous aspects of the gambling industry, but in this instance, he will be working closely with Light & Wonder to help boost the company’s table games business.

He has a distinct portfolio of activities and positions, as he spent more than 12 years at Shuffle Master, a manufacturer of table games, slot machines and aptly – shuffling machines, among other casino paraphernalia and equipment.

There, Yoseloff cut his teeth on all areas of the gambling experience, helping shape a future for the company and guide it towards robust growth and profitability. Commenting on his appointment, Light & Wonder SVP President of Global Table Games Mike McKiski said that Yoseloff was an individual of worth to the sector, bringing a lot of experience and insight into a vertical that is fast-evolving and expanding.

"[His track record and insights] will be instrumental in steering our strategic initiatives and [reinforcing] our commitment to delivering an elevated player experience."

These insights will mostly have to do with the conceptualization of games across various platforms, including table games, mostly, but also electronic table games, and even cross-platform content, which is becoming even more relevant these days and is one of the reasons why Light & Wonder rebranded to embrace digital growth.

As to Yoseloff himself, he is joining the company fully aware what he is getting involved with and welcomed the opportunity to be a part of Light & Wonder’s extensive team of professionals. He hailed the company as one with a clear track record for reputation and innovation, and a game library that defies and exceeds expectations.

"Light & Wonder is continuously investing in innovations to enhance the player experience, and I’m looking forward to building on the foundation of current success to deliver ground-breaking solutions," Yoseloff added, a process that he intends to contribute to.

Light & Wonder has in the meantime continue to collaborate with some of the biggest names in the gaming industry, expanding its presence at a good clip across the board. The company announced that it will continue to work together with Betsson Group and expand the two partners collaboration to international markets.
