Lightning Box introduces Dragon Palace as BetMGM exclusive

Lightning Box, a Light & Wonder-owned in-house studio, has announced the release of Stellar Cash Dragon Palace, a brand-new slot edition that enhances the original game with the innovative jackpot mechanic.

Stellar Cash has been one of the most coveted jackpot features on the market, and it will now be integrated into Dragon Palace’s core gameplay as part of the revamped experience. The title will debut as an exclusive game for BetMGM in New Jersey for a limited time and through the OpenGaming platform, Lightning Box informed in a press release shared with Casino Guru News via email.

Dragon Palace is an Asian-themed slot that features a five-by-three play grid and offers a number of excellent symbols that can lead to substantial payouts. The game comes with up to 20 free spins that can be accessed through the scatter symbols and a multiplier that stands to boost your potential winnings by 15x.

To get the Stellar Cash feature, players will actually have to get three "spaceships" symbols which will allow them to pursue bigger wins. Players then enter a bonus level where they will fight a space battle against enemy ships by trying to make out which the enemies are and being rewarded for getting the answers right.

This level features a Mini, Minor, Major and GrandJackpot prize, and which one you end up triggering – and if – will depend on how successful you have been in the level. The game will also become available to customers of the OpenGaming platform, although no specific details about the timing of the release were given.

Lightning Box Operations Manager Michael Maokhamphiou was excited about the new take on the popular title, arguing that Dragon Palace has already been performing really well and the enhancement of its gameplay would lead to better results for businesses and players.
