Hard Rock International teams up with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit

One of the most recognizable global brands, Hard Rock International (HRI), announced that it joined forces with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, the famous American magazine published annually by Sports Illustrated. The announcement of the new collaboration came Thursday, May 19, and coincided with the release of the highly anticipated annual issue.

HRI launched a celebratory event that started yesterday and will run through May 22. The activations and celebratory events will feature SI Swimsuit 2022 issue cover models that include Yumi Nu, Ciara, Kim Kardashian and Maye Musk.

The celebration kicked off at the new Hard Rock Hotel in New York with an intimate launch party with SI Swimsuit models as well as a private concert at The Venue on Music Row by the 2022 issue cover model Ciara.

The celebratory events will continue on May 21 with activations and events at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Florida. Visitors to the venue will be able to enjoy an outdoor concert on Saturday night.

The recent collaboration marks the second time HRI has joined forces with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. It was back in 2021 when the global brand joined forces for the first time with the publication and became its first-ever property partner.

What's more, HRI supported SI Swimsuit's Pay With Change campaign. The first-of-its-kind innovative initiative showed support for gender equity and the empowerment of women. Now, the exciting new events this year reaffirm the success of HRI's collaboration with SI Swimsuit and open the door for even further activations in the future.

Moreover, he added: "We are inspired by SI Swimsuit's efforts to drive real transformation within the advertising industry through their Pay With Change initiative and are thrilled to help celebrate these accomplishments with events at both our new Hard Rock Hotel New York and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood."

Currently, HRI is among the most recognizable global brands. The company owns, operates or manages branded casinos, hotels, Rock Shops, as well as cafes and live performance venues in 68 countries around the world.

Back in 2020, HRI in collaboration with Seminole Gaming launched its online sportsbook, internet gaming platform and retail sportsbook called Hard Rock Digital. Earlier this week, Hard Rock Digital expanded its reach to Virginia. As a result, the mobile app is now live for customers in the state, while a retail sportsbook at the Bristol Casino is planned to open this July.
