Games Global is making a play for the iGaming market in the United States and North America, with the company successfully acquiring the B2B assets of Digital Gaming Corporation, a company in turn owned by Super Group. This enables Games Global to significantly scale its local presence and ensure that its products and offers are reachable to potential and existing clients in the United States, as well as broader audiences.

Games Global will leverage Digital Gaming Corporation’s B2B division and IP to ensure that the company itself builds exciting games that are fit for a modern and demanding audience. In the meantime, Games Global already reunites 40 exclusive studios and it features more than 1,300 proprietary games, along with a dedicated jackpot network that is hailed as the industry’s largest, enabling the company to maintain its pole position in the rapidly expanding iGaming market.

Commenting on the acquisition, which was finalized on February 1, 2024, Super Group CEO Neal Menashe has hailed the opportunity to see his company execute this strategic decision, arguing that Digital Gaming Corporation will hew closer to B2C and focus fully on the vertical moving forward.

Games Global CEO Walter Bugno was similarly pleased with the opportunity, hailing the acquisition as a success that will enable the company to pursue growth in the coveted iGaming market in the United States as well. Games Global is determined to become a leader, Bugno explained.

Games Global has been in the news a lot of late. The company pulled off the single biggest progressive jackpot payout in the history of the industry with €38.4m awarded through its WoWPot! Wheels of Wishes title on December 20, 2023.

The supplier has been a preferred choice for many of its products, venturing boldly into verticals such as live casino as well as slots. As recently as last December, Games Global confirmed that it is providing live casino solutions to Betsson Group, another established iGaming entity with a significant pull in the industry.
