Evoplay builds up to FIFA World Cup 2026 with new Penalty Shoot-out instant game

The FIFA World Cup 2026 is already causing a bit of a soccer frenzy that Evoplay is looking to capitalize on with the company’s highly original sequel to the classic Penalty Shoot Out game.

The new version of this highly original title, Mania Cup, offers everything the original has but quickens the pace of play, bringing you a far more dynamic, exciting, and, on occasion, nail-biting experience.

Penalty shots that can fetch you a 3000x multiplier!

The premise is simple. You shoot a ball towards the goal post, with the goalie trying to catch it. If the goalie misses, you don’t immediately score a payout, but increase a multiplier that you can cash out.

Get enough goals in, and you are looking at a decent payout, and potentially up to 3000x. However, the multiplier and original bet are forfeited in the instance that the goalie catches the mechanic, adding a "crash-style" mechanic to the gameplay.

Evoplay’s Ivan Kravchuk, welcomed the new title and said, "Penalty Shoot-Out: Cup Mania builds on a familiar format that players already enjoy, while introducing more intensity, clearer progression, and a stronger competitive edge."

The difference from the previous game comes from the faster pace of play in the current version. Instead of choosing where to shoot the ball, you simply click on the play button, and the penalty shot is executed on the spot.

Players may decide when to stop their session, cash out their winnings based on the current multiplier, and return for more if they want to. Importantly, you only bet once until you cash out or the goalie saves the shot.

Bonus Round for 15 penalty shots without interruption

There is also a Bonus Round, which features 15 penalty shots. The difference, as you probably suspect, is that all rounds will be played, and the multiplier will not be reset during the round, even if the goalie saves any of the shots.

If you want to skip ahead to the bonus round, you can do so by opting for the Bonus Buy feature, which will allow you to access the Bonus Round for 30 times your stake value.
