EveryMatrix powers Merkur Bets’ offering in Denmark

The leading iGaming platform, software and solutions provider, EveryMatrix, continues its European expansion.

This week, the company announced that its innovative omnichannel platform technology has gone live in Denmark, powering the offering of Merkur Group’s Merkur Bets brand.

Merkur Bets is recognized, trusted, and one of the biggest betting and gaming brands in Europe.

Under an agreement with EveryMatrix, Merkur Bets benefits from the former’s turnkey technology.

The successful launch of EveryMatrix’s omnichannel platform means that the company is now powering the retail and online betting operator’s 1,000 sports betting terminals located in more than 230 shops across Denmark.

At the same time, the leading brand is benefiting from EveryMatrix’s online sportsbook platform and online casino solution.

Mathias Dahms, Merkur Group’s Managing Director, Sports Betting, spoke about the milestone achievement, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.

"Going live with EveryMatrix in Denmark is an important step in our strategy to create a consistent product and technology foundation across our European markets," the executive said.

According to Dahms, the successful launch of EveryMatrix’s technology with Merkur Bets gives the Group confidence that it can continue to execute similar migrations with its brands across Europe.

"We look forward to building on what we have achieved together with EveryMatrix and delivering an increasingly connected experience for our customers. Together with EveryMatrix, Merkur is now ready for future growth and expansion," Dahms said in conclusion.

More of Merkur Group's brands will transition their tech

The milestone launch in Denmark complements EveryMatrix’s European presence and expansion.

Jonas Groes, the company’s Co-CEO, acknowledged the achievement as a significant milestone in its collaboration with Merkur Group.

"Bringing its retail estate, online sportsbook and casino together on our technology in Denmark is a complex omnichannel deployment and successfully going live across more than 1,000 betting terminals and 230 shops demonstrates the scale and flexibility of our platform," he added.

Groes explained that the latest launch marks only the beginning of what is expected to be a long-term and successful partnership between the two companies.

According to the executive, the migration of additional Merkur brands to EveryMatrix will help establish a technology foundation that can deliver scalability, consistency, and other operating efficiencies.

"We’re proud of the trust Merkur has placed in us and excited to build on this momentum with the launches ahead," Groes said in conclusion.

The collaboration between EveryMatrix and Merkur Group will continue with brand migrations planned in Austria, Germany and Belgium.
