The leading developer of online poker and casino software, EvenBet Gaming, hit a major milestone in its European expansion.
Earlier this week, the company announced it has successfully obtained a new license, enabling it to operate in Sweden.
EvenBet Gaming’s B2B supplier license was awarded by Spelinspektionen, the Swedish Gambling Authority.
The license enables the company to grow and offer its quality services and solutions to Swedish online gambling operators.
Moreover, to obtain the new five-year license, EvenBet Gaming has complied fully with Spelinspektionen’s requirements and the specifics of the market in the country.
To ensure long-term compliance, the company vowed to manage mandatory annual security audits, as well as random number generator testing.
"The addition of another regulated Nordic market further strengthens the company’s European presence and supports its long-term strategy of providing compliant and scalable technology solutions across complex regulatory jurisdictions," reads a press release by EvenBet Gaming.
Obtaining a license in Sweden marks a major milestone for the company, considering that channelization to the legal gambling market in Sweden is more than 80%.
This means that an overwhelming majority of the players in the country use the services of licensed gambling companies, which in turn creates growth opportunities.
EvenBet Gaming’s new five-year B2B supplier license in Sweden comes on the heels of another important market entry.
In May, the company has successfully obtained a five-year B2B license from the gambling regulator in Denmark, boosting its European presence.
Ultimately, growing the number of licenses permits EvenBet Gaming to engage with new B2B partners and expand the reach of its quality products.
In turn, the company benefits from growth opportunities as it continues to develop its software portfolio which powers leading gambling brands and operators.
