The industry-leading iGaming software provider, powering land-based, online casinos and sportsbooks, Digitain, strengthened its European footprint after securing an important license.
The company has announced it secured a license in the United Kingdom, the Old Continent's biggest online gambling market.
To secure the coveted license in Europe's largest iGaming market, Digitain had to ensure its compliance with the established regulatory framework in the country.
After meeting the regulatory requirements, the company secured a gambling license in the country, awarded from the UK's gambling regulator, the Gambling Commission.
In a statement, Digitain explained: "By meeting the UK's regulatory standards and receiving a license from the UK Gambling Commission, Digitain demonstrates its commitment to responsible gaming and compliance."
Recognized for the excellence of its software, content and solutions, Digitain constantly expands its footprint and global presence.
The 1999-founded company has gone from strength to strength and by now offers a range of useful software solutions that power the offering of iGaming and betting operators across the globe.
Digitain's offering includes a feature-rich iGaming platform, as well as a comprehensive payment gateway, among other quality solutions.
It supports API integration or turnkey solutions, making it suitable for operators of different sizes and reach.
According to Digitain, the recently secured license in the UK will enable it to access unique new growth opportunities.
Ultimately, the company anticipates growing the reach of its diverse solutions and products while at the same time establishing its presence in one of the most competitive online gambling markets.
"Additionally, this acquisition underscores Digitain's strategic vision for growth and expansion," the company added.
Finally, Digitain vowed to disclose further exciting news in the near future.
Earlier this year, Digitain grew the reach of its turnkey solution by teaming up with the Serbia-based operator, KING.RS.
The strategic collaboration bolstered the offering of the operator while at the same time complementing the reach of Digitain's solutions.
