CT Gaming secures multiple certifications in Romania

The leading manufacturer and provider of high performing games, solutions and slot machines, powering the retail and online casino industry, CT Gaming, announced an important certification, allowing it to further grow its presence in Europe. Earlier this week, the company confirmed it secured certification for several of its cabinets, paving the way for its further expansion into Romania.

The recent announcement saw CT Gaming secure certification for NEXT, EZ Modulo 32/32/32, EZ Modulo 27/27/27 and Aurora slot cabinets. As a result, the aforementioned cabinets are certified and comply with the new gaming laws in the European country.

Romania's new gaming regulations enforce strict rules, especially for the land-based gambling sector. Those rules affect casinos, as well as gambling halls.

Besides the aforementioned certification, CT Gaming confirmed plans to certify further products, to help it expand its presence in the country. The company has already applied for certification of Diamond King 3 and NEXT’ 32/32/32 slot machine, according to CT Gamin Romania's Sales Manager, Robert Stancu.

He explained in a statement that the certification the company applied for will help ensure the compliance of its products with the new laws, paving the way for its subsequent expansion. "Due to the new local technical laws, we had to take the needed measures and ensure that our clients can operate without any issues," Stancu added.

Moreover, he explained: "We were able to acquire the needed certifications for NEXT, EZ Modulo 32/32/32, EZ Modulo 27/27/27 and Aurora slot cabinets." According to the Sales Manager, it is imperative for CT Gaming to act fast and ensure its compliance with the new regulations in order to continue its Romanian expansion. "After the multigame packs such as Diamond King and Diamond King 2 were certified, we did the same for the slot machines that support these packages," said Stancu in conclusion.

Recently, CT Gaming celebrated its 25th anniversary. The company, which was known as Casino Technology before its rebranding in 2019, highlighted a wide range of achievements it completed over the last two decades.
