Casino Guru wins Safer Gambling Initiative accolade at iGB Affiliate Awards

Casino Guru is honored to have won the Safer Gambling Initiative award for a fourth consecutive year at the iGB Affiliate Awards 2026, hosted as part of iGB Live on July 1-2.

The recognition highlights Casino Guru’s ongoing commitment to making the gambling industry safer by helping players make informed decisions, develop responsible gambling habits, and better understand risk patterns.

This latest accolade reflects a series of key initiatives delivered over the past year. Among them is the Online Self-exclusion Recommended Code of Practice which sets out evidence-based standards for online self-exclusion. The framework promotes a unified approach to reducing gambling-related harm and is designed to support immediate implementation across the industry to strengthen player protection systems.

More recently, Casino Guru also partnered with Gamecheck to integrate its verification system, allowing users to identify whether online casinos offer verified games certified directly by game providers through the Gamecheck framework.

Both initiatives form part of Casino Guru’s broader mission to improve transparency in the industry and enable players to make safer and more informed decisions.
