Aristocrat Interactive bolsters C-suite with Nir Hakarmeli

Aristocrat Leisure, the leading global gaming content and technology company, announced that its regulated online real money gaming business division, Aristocrat Interactive, strengthened its team with a key senior-level appointment.

Last week, the company confirmed that it selected Nir Hakarmeli, an industry veteran with extensive experience, for the strategic role of Managing Director of its iGaming and Sports division.

Joining Aristocrat Interactive, the executive will be tasked with leading the company's iGaming and Sports division.

Hakarmeli's responsibilities will include activities tied directly to the growth of Aristocrat Interactive's product portfolio.

He will also focus on expanding the reach of the company's quality products by fostering existing partnerships and growing Aristocrat Interactive's portfolio of online and land-based customers in jurisdictions across the globe.

As Managing Director of the company's iGaming and Sports division, Hakarmeli brings more than a decade of experience within the gaming industry.

Ahead of joining Aristocrat Interactive, he held the same role, Managing Director, at Evoke, the parent company of renowned betting and gaming brands recognized across the globe such as 888, Mr Green and William Hill, among others.

While holding the role of Managing Director, Hakarmeli helped oversee strategic processes, ensuring Evoke remains on a path to global growth.

Before Evoke, the executive held the key role of Gaming Director at William Hill.

During that time, he was in charge of the recognizable brand's gaming initiatives.

The appointment brings excitement to Hakarmeli and Aristocrat Interactive

Aristocrat Interactive's CEO, Moti Malul, shared his excitement about the latest appointment in a press release.

Last month, Aristocrat Interactive announced a new partnership by teaming up with Yggdrasil.

The latter company expanded its reach in North America thanks to the strategic deal as it will be able to engage with players in Canada, Ontario and the United States.

Before that Aristocrat Interactive joined forces with Betition, helping the casino and sportsbook brand expand into Ontario, Canada.
