I would really like my above complaint looked into further, I won $1385 dollars on the gladiator jackpot city after finally getting into it after having issues on my phone. Upon winning and coming back to my home screen the winnings did not transfer over to my account. Then when I tried to go back for the game it had changed and the game I played which was Gladiator jackpot had disappeared coincidentally.


Total amount owing from my online casino is -

- $1385 from my winnings on Gladiator jackpot


Total money owing is $1385


It seems to much of a coincidence from the casino that the following has happened from your side

- The game had disappeared after I won the money

- No money transfered over to my winnings

- My online chat has disappeared from my recent conversations regarding My issues with Gladiator Jackpot

- No further feedback from Technically support

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
