I got mail from winningkings casino saying that the withdrawal is processed succesful soon you'll receive your funds to your account and I'll also checked my casino account for that this is the screenshot of it

Thank you for your reply. Please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Processed withdrawal again reflecting in my casino account, i asked chat support about what happened to my processed withdrawal why again it's reflecting here in casino balance. They said due to bank restrictions it's failed please submit withdrawal request again, and I submitted today again and it's processed
