I played at this casino and some documents are still not verified perhaps they don't prioritise any emails from anyone. I submitted withdraw request and still waiting and if I actually receive any money from previous reviews on here and not check here first I will think I won lotto as will be the luckiest person that has left a review. I will change this review to it looks like will be first positive if they actually do pay. Bank transfer i selected as I know from another casino visa was declined to deposit funds.

Dear Glenn,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your withdrawal problem. Please understand that KYC account verification is a very important and essential process, during which casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. None of the casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take few working days completing this thorough procedure. If all the data is correct, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal.

Subsequently, it’s quite usual for a withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money or you opt for a bank transfer. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise how many days ago you have requested the withdrawal and started KYC account verification? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela

Hi Petronela,

The first withdrawal was 9/6/2020, which I uploaded documents. The withdrawal was declined and another withdrawal on 11/6/2020. This was also declined and same reason. Approved documents are passport, utility bill, credit card front, and bank statement. I did use 2 cards so provided all details. In uploaded documents still several to be approved. They can't approve the additional documents before process payment and just decline payment. I emailed them today with all documents again attached and hopefully they will approve them. If not I don't know how will make documents be approved and for back of card this time I just covered the 3 digit code only, leaving even the imprint of card number showing in case that's why not approved. I had to sign card online as I don't sign actual card but this should be accepted as was with another KYC verification with another company. Hopefully they won't just send email back after 5 days and say not all documents received.

Would it be best to just do a small withdrawal first of minimum withdraw then larger amount? Yes it is a large amount AU$3700, so maybe if it was $350 would be withdrawn quicker?

And sorry, yes first withdraw from account this is. I saw others so thought I would let you know before 14 days so all recorded. From others comments I still think not get a cent and they just never approve all documents and never respond to Casino Guru requests as well.

Hi petronela

I actually don't believe this, now after contact online chat they say please take photo of yourself with all documents and is required as part of security requirements. H o woefully within 24hrs you can reply, as why they need all documents? Anyone could use them for prove their identity for illegal things.

Dear Glenn,

Thank you very much for your quick reply. Even if it sounds strange to you, I recommend to fully cooperate with the casino and provide all the requested documents, even the photo, in best possible quality, correct format and as soon as possible. Please keep me updated. Thank you in advance.

Yes i have, and even corrected the photos and explained myself as Initially I electronically signed cards as just enter pin for transactions or pay pass.

The email was actually sent to me to upload documents with my pic. I hope it is not too soon to withdraw and I chose $5000 but if not verified in time maybe $350. I chose $5000 as really was so lucky, was nearly $4800 from $5500, then good spins and $6200 but crazy $30 a press that why not if 1-3 press test if will be good spin or free spins when used initially $30 And get $100 then more. Now thinking yes maybe bad reports are mostly because people still have bonus obligations. I hope not flagged for big bets but anyway did lose $1500 before and their $200 bonus so nice to have $6200 now.

Maybe I sound like high roller, but rarely select $15 or $30, and even have $6200, is a lot to lose if 5 presses at $15 or $30. Usually $5 maximum, but since had good luck sometimes try $15 more now, since a little less dent than if only $200 in account.

Hi Petronela,

For the processing of my withdraw, they have processed it in record time I think. Just now they sent email that it was processed. With previous reviews, this has made it a surprise but will keep you updated for when it arrives in my bank. For the other negative ones maybe wagerbeat was unlucky with people not understanding bonus rules. I never got $14000 but yes if played with $500 deposit 300% bonus, would be a lot for wagering which mean nothing for free

How to change my report to maybe 5 stars? Payment received since no bonus to complete so other than flagged for extra verification, once verified was relatively quick. Not quickest as one i saw quoted 2 hours verified and some use different system to verify instantly.
