The player from United States has been informed that all his deposits will be refunded due to previous chargebacks. Refunds have been pending for more than two weeks. Casino closed player's account due to fraudulent behavior and they also provided us evidence.

On Aug 27th I made some deposits my last deposit, Matthew K pops up on chat stating my refunds have refunded, ok now is 9/12 and no refund has been posted back on my card, I have emailed them several times and get a response stating it's been already processed and it will take time on my card the whole reason they refunded me is bc there sister site Rocketbet got a charge back from my card company bc my card had been stolen and that I have offered to pay that back multiple times bc I had no idea that my card company actually did a charge back from that deposit

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Was your account blocked or it’s still accessible? Did I understand it correctly that you will be able to use a different payment method and deposit funds again? Have you received any payment receipt or a reference number for refund transactions from the casino?

I can still access my account, cc has been blocked and no reference number given, I also have emails that I can forward over also

Not sure what my alternative depositing has to do about a casino stating they are refunding my money but yet no refunds have been done not any proof given from the casino just emails back and forth from them stating its been done

Dear Anteater,

Could you please advise if you have a proof that the casino allowed you to deposit again using a different payment method? Have you saved the conversation? In my opinion it is unusual to refund player’s deposits due to chargebacks and allow the same player to deposit again. If I may, I would suggest choosing a different casino to avoid any problems in the future. If your name is on the list of the players who have placed chargeback previously, you might experience difficulties in the future, when you will try to withdraw your winnings. Obviously, the decision is entirely up to you.

The charge backs where at one of the sister sites, I found out that true-fortune is tied to rocketbet casino that's actually where the charge back happened it didn't happen at true Fortune and yes I have the conversation and emails where they say there giving me a full refund back but still nothing

If you wish to deposit funds into your casino account using a different payment method I strongly recommend doing so only if you saved the relevant communication in which the casino has allowed it.

Hi Anteater,

I'm sorry to inform you that we had to proceed to close your account due to fraud, charge back history and refunded your deposits. Today we received alerts that you already charged back the deposits we tried to refund. In this case, we no longer have anything left do do.​
