Ybets Casino - Spelarens konto har stängts med väntande uttag.

I tried to withdraw a total of 500 euros from Ybets.

What happened was that their support staff kept canceling my withdrawals.

First email from support:

"passed it on to the finance department to speed it up.."

Other:

"I completely understand how disheartening this situation must feel, especially after the time you've already waited. I want to assure you that your case is a priority"

"Dear Player!

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our colleagues from the Finance Department have informed us that in order to speed up your withdrawal, they recommend using a different method.

What they then did was first cancel withdrawals on Revolut because they said it didn't work - tried Jeton as a payment method - that didn't work either - then tried directly to my IBAN account - that didn't work either. Then they went underground, customer service stopped contacting them completely.

I read on trustpilot and realized it's a scam site....

Then they closed my account completely and I didn't get my 500 euros.

Det dom sen gjorde var att avbröt först uttag på Revolut för dom sa att det inte gick - provade jeton som utbetalningsmetod - gick inte det heller - provade sedan direkt till mitt Ibankonto - gick inte detta heller. sen gick dom under jorden, kundtjänsten slutade helt höra av sig.

Läste på trustpilot och insåg att det är en bluffsida....

Sen stängde dom av mitt konto helt och ajg fick inte mina 500 euro.

On the first question - no I didn't receive any notification when my account was closed or why it was closed.

I was never asked about KYC, they didn't ask any questions about this at all, strangely enough.

I played exclusively on betting, nothing else.

Yes, one withdrawal later, when I made a larger deposit and was about to withdraw my winnings, their support came with excuses and they suspended all available methods. Then my account was closed down.

På första frågan - nej jag fick inget meddelande när min konto stängdes ner eller varför det gjorde det.

Jag blev aldrig efterfrågad om en KYC dom ställde inga frågor alls om detta konstigt nog.

Jag spelade uteslutande på betting ingenting annat.

Ja ett uttag sen när jag gjort en större insättning och skulle ta ut mina vinster kom deras support med bortförklaringar och man avbröt samtliga tillgänglga metoder. Sen stängdes mitt konto ner.

Can you please confirm that there was no real-money balance in your account at the moment the casino closed it? Please note that if the account was closed with an empty balance, we are unable to assist further. Just like any other business, the casino has the right to decide whom it provides its services to, and we are not able to persuade it to reopen an account that was closed without funds.

I would also like to mention that requesting chargebacks is considered fraudulent behaviour in the online gambling environment. If such behaviour is detected, the casino is allowed to permanently close a player’s account.
