Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. It’s not all about getting them to refund you. Some banks require you contact the merchant to initiate a chargeback; if they don’t reply or provide any information it’s hard to progress the chargeback.

There’s no harm in trying contacting the retailer. I must add, my bank requires proof of communication between myself and the retailer regarding refunds to initiate a chargeback

Man kan också säga att om man vill tvätta pengar så är det bara att jobba med Mastercard eller VISA. Du får intrycket att reglerna för en återkrav har företräde framför gällande lag.

All are linked to Curacao/Cyprus based casinos that operate illegally in my country(while their support first claims thats not true and they are legal, until you confront them and they say that the player is responsible). In order to successfully get a chargeback processed I always reached out to the merchant asking for a refund as I did not receive any goods, but they simply ignore a reply which makes it quite easy for my bank to dispute the transaction which the merchants don't fight. Do note this procedure is only executed when you are unable to resolve the matter with the casino/they refuse your refund and/or withdrawal for various reasons from their side!
