They won't. They are well known now for ignoring complaints and requests for refunds. You will need to chargeback via your bank, report them to Cypriot authorities and anyone else you can find. Make sure you copy them in lol.

Anyone had any experience of natwest credit card chargebacks recently I just said goods not received all the same thing suspected rogue merchant raised them all 28 of them then got replies saying it can take 20 days to investigate not heard for 2 days
