The player from the UK had an active self-exclusion in a sister casino due to a gambling problem. The player believes that they should have been banned from this casino too. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

After the last large deposit was made the player received an email from the casino informing them about some recent checks done on their account and which led to their account closure. The player didn't understand the reason for this and was expecting much better treatment from the casino. No reaction was made to this complaint and it remains unsolved.

In 2014, the player had their account closed due to their addiction to gambling. About three years later, they decided to start playing again and convinced the casino support that they were having control of the addiction and this time, they would set a deposit limit, which they didn't. Two months after that, their account was closed once again but when the player called the casino to reopen their account again, they agreed. Then the player lost £10,000 and the casino closed their account once more and they refused to reopen it after that. The player felt that the lost funds should be returned to them. The player complained that at the beginning, he won £1.500 and withdrew it without any problem. Later on the same day, he won £5.000 and tried to withdraw the amount. The next day, he realized that the withdrawal had not been processed so he called the casino and got a response that it would take longer due to higher amount. Later on, nothing was moving so he called again, and was asked to provide bank statements. The player provided all the documents that they had requested, but nothing was happening.

The player complained he couldn't update his bank details because the system wouldn't let him enter the correct ones. Therefore, he couldn't make withdrawals. So the player wanted to update his details by depositing, however, he was unable to do so. He couldn't make a deposit unless there was less than £1. Live chat agents promised him to remove the funds so he could deposit, but the player said that each time they just left the chat without removing the funds.

The player requested 2 withdrawals but somehow got lost on their way to them. The casino provided the player and their bank with the ARN number to trace the payment but didn't succeed. The player's bank asked the casino's bank to try to trace the money but they didn't even try. The player also said that their previous transactions were successful and couldn't understand what had happened this time. No other information is available ever since.

Player self-excluded themselves from the casino and opened a new account. They made a deposit and shortly after that was the account closed and they were not able to withdraw anything. According to the player the casino stated they were not ready to pay the deposits back. No update since then.
