Želeo bih da podnesem formalnu žalbu protiv Dragobet.com u vezi sa kašnjenjem u isplatama.
Osvojio sam ukupan iznos od 4.160 evra na Dragobet.com. Nakon toga sam podneo dva zahteva za isplatu:
2.000 evra 29. decembra 2025.
1.500 evra 2. januara 2026.
Oba povlačenja su i dalje označena kao na čekanju.
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku Dragobeta putem imejla i ćaskanja uživo. Nažalost, dobijam samo generičke odgovore, kao što su:
isplate se obrađuju po redu,
finansijsko odeljenje sprovodi provere,
proces traje duže.
Nije naveden konkretan razlog, ažuriranje statusa ili jasan vremenski okvir. Takođe nisam obavešten ni o kakvim problemima sa KYC-om, verifikacijom ili usklađenošću u vezi sa mojim nalogom.
Radi potpunosti, želeo bih da napomenem da mi je Dragobet uspešno isplatio 700 evra otprilike u istom periodu, što ukazuje na to da su moj račun i način plaćanja već bili prihvaćeni.
Uprkos tome, kasnija i znatno veća povlačenja ostaju nerešena bez objašnjenja.
Zbog kontinuiranog odlaganja i nedostatka transparentnosti, već sam podneo formalnu žalbu Upravi za igre na sreću u Anžuanu, pod čijom licencom Dragobet tvrdi da posluje.
Ne tražim nikakav poseban tretman — jednostavno tražim da se moje legitimne isplate obrade ili da kazino jasno objasni razlog kašnjenja i da mi dostavi konkretan datum plaćanja.
Drago mi je da pružim sve prateće dokaze, uključujući snimke ekrana predstojećih isplata i kopije moje prepiske sa kazinom.

I would like to file a formal complaint against Dragobet.com regarding delayed withdrawals.
I won a total amount of €4,160 on Dragobet.com. I subsequently submitted two withdrawal requests:
€2,000 on 29 December 2025
€1,500 on 2 January 2026
Both withdrawals are still marked as pending.
I have contacted Dragobet support multiple times via email and live chat. Unfortunately, I only receive generic responses, such as:
withdrawals are processed in order,
the finance department is conducting checks,
the process takes longer.
No specific reason, status update, or clear timeframe has been provided. I have also not been informed of any KYC, verification, or compliance issues related to my account.
For completeness, I would like to note that Dragobet successfully paid out a withdrawal of €700 to me around the same period, which suggests that my account and payment method had already been accepted.
Despite this, the later and significantly larger withdrawals remain pending without explanation.
Due to the continued delay and lack of transparency, I have already filed a formal complaint with the Anjouan Gaming Authority, under whose licence Dragobet claims to operate.
I am not requesting any special treatment — I am simply asking for my legitimate withdrawals to be processed, or for the casino to clearly explain the reason for the delay and provide a concrete payment date.
I am happy to provide all supporting evidence, including screenshots of the pending withdrawals and copies of my correspondence with the casino.
