Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa Opabetom i nedostajućim povraćajem novca od 466 evra koji je trebalo da bude uplaćen na moj račun.
Vremenska linija i detalji:
• Član sam programa lojalnosti u Opabet-u i aktivan sam igrač od registracije.
• Tokom perioda povrata novca, završio/la sam opklade od približno 23.000 evra, što u potpunosti ispunjava uslove za iznos povrata novca.
• Iznos povrata novca od 466 € pojavio se u mom odeljku za bonuse (ili kao raspoloživi iznos), ali je kasnije nestao zbog ograničenja bonusa koja su primenjena na moj nalog.
• Kada sam pitao podršku, pismeno su potvrdili da je povraćaj novca od 466 evra trebalo da bude uplaćen na moj račun.
Njihovo tačno objašnjenje je bilo da povraćaj novca nije mogao biti aktiviran „jer su bonusi bili ograničeni" na mom nalogu.
• Međutim, nikada nisam obavešten da će ograničenja mog naloga sprečiti ostvarivanje prava na povraćaj novca, niti sam upozoren da ne mogu dobiti bonus za koji sam se u potpunosti kvalifikovao.
• Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku i poslao imejl prema uputstvima, ali nisam dobio nikakvo rešenje.
Zašto podnosim ovu žalbu:
• Povraćaj novca je bio namenjen za moj nalog, što je potvrdio i Opabetov tim za podršku.
• Uložio/la sam 23.000 evra u opklade, demonstrirajući jasno angažovanje i poštovanje propisa.
• Jedini razlog zašto povraćaj novca nije pripisan jeste ograničenje sistema ili naloga, a ne bilo kakva moja radnja.
• Zahtevam da Opabet ručno uplati 466 € povrata novca ili obezbedi ekvivalentnu nadoknadu, što je standardna procedura u slučajevima kada bonus ne uspe zbog tehničkih ili ograničenja naloga.
Podnosim ovu žalbu u dobroj veri i spreman sam da dostavim snimke ekrana, transkripte ćaskanja, odgovore na imejlove i sve druge potrebne dokaze.

Timeline & Details:
• I am a loyalty program member at Opabet and have been an active player since registering.
• During the cashback period, I completed approximately €23,000 in wagering, which fully qualifies for the cashback amount.
• The cashback amount of €466 appeared in my bonus section (or as an available amount), but it disappeared afterward due to bonus restrictions being applied to my account.
• When I asked support, they confirmed in writing that the €466 cashback was supposed to be credited to my account.
Their exact explanation was that the cashback could not be activated "because bonuses were limited" on my account.
• However, I was never informed that my account restrictions would prevent cashback eligibility, nor was I warned that I could not receive a bonus that I had fully qualified for.
• I contacted support multiple times and also emailed as instructed, but I have received no resolution.
Why I am raising this complaint:
• The cashback was intended for my account, confirmed by Opabet’s own support team.
• I completed €23,000 in wagering, demonstrating clear engagement and compliance.
• The only reason the cashback was not credited was due to a system or account restriction, not due to any action on my part.
• I am requesting that Opabet manually credits the €466 cashback or provides an equivalent compensation, which is standard procedure in cases where a bonus fails due to technical or account limitations.
I am submitting this complaint in good faith and I am ready to provide screenshots, chat transcripts, email responses, and any other supporting evidence needed.
