Ovaj kazino je neverovatan. Ispostavilo se da je dostići VIP status prilično teško; morate mnogo da se kladite, mnogo da uplatite i da dostignete 75.000.000 poena. Izgubio sam nekoliko hiljada evra u ovom kazinu.
Kada postanete VIP, biće vam dodeljen VIP menadžer.
Pa, pre nekoliko dana sam izgubio oko 6.000 evra za dva ili tri dana kockanja, i kada sam kontaktirao VIP menadžera, on mi je dao bonus od 490 evra bez uslova za klađenje. Rekao sam mu da sam ranije bio Dijamantski igrač i uvek dobijao 10% svojih gubitaka, a sada kada sam VIP, dobijam manje.
Onda, odgovarajući kad god mu se prohte jer, prema njegovim rečima, ima veoma veliko opterećenje poslom, rekao mi je prošlog petka 24. da će mi dati još 510 evra, ali pošto je bio petak i nije bilo nikoga u vaučerima, daće mi ih u ponedeljak 27.
Ponedeljak 27., utorak 28. i sreda 29. su prošli, a da mi nije dao obećanih 510 evra. Takođe nije odgovorio ni na jedan imejl koji sam poslao tih dana, jer sam ga stalno pitao da li će mi dati novac ili ne.
Krajem srede, 29., napisao mi je imejl u kojem je rekao da mi ne može dati 510 evra, ali da će mi dati iznos od 300 evra istog popodneva i da ako ne stigne tog popodneva, onda će stići u četvrtak ujutru.
Danas, petak 31., nisam ništa dobio, a čak ni ne odgovaraju na moje imejlove. Korisnička služba mi je rekla da su mi obećali 300 evra (što je prvobitno bilo 510 evra) i da će mi ih sigurno dati u četvrtak 30. Onda su rekli petak 31., i evo čekam da vidim da li će neko reći istinu jer je do sada sve bilo laži.
Zato u naslovu recenzije kažem da biti VIP nije zanimljivo.
Prilično sam razočaran ovim kazinom jer sam od registracije lojalan i nisam igrao ni u jednom drugom kazinu, i kao što vidite, to je tretman koji dobijam. Igram svaki dan već neko vreme i pravim velike opklade, ali se prema meni ponašaju veoma loše.
U [email protected] Traže mi snimak ekrana koji prikazuje bonus koji mi je dao VIP menadžer, već sam ga nekoliko puta poslao, ali ništa se nije promenilo.

Lo de este casino es increible. Resulta que llegar a VIP es bastante dificil y hay que apostar mucho y por supuesto depositar tambien y llegar a 75.000.000 de puntos. LLevo perdidos en este casino varios miles de euros.

Entonces y contestando cuando le da gana porque según el tiene una carga muy grande trabajo, me dice el pasado viernes dia 24 que me da otros 510 € pero como es viernes y ya no hay nadie en los bonos, me los daría el lunes dia 27.
Pasó el lunes 27, el martes 28 y el miercoles 29 sin darme los 510 € prometidos. Tampoco contesto a ni un solo correo mio esos dias ya que le preguntaba si me iba a dar el dinero o no.
Al final del miercoles dia 29 me escribe un correo diciendo que no me puede dar los 510 € pero si me daría esa misma tarde la cantidad de 300 € y caso de que no me llegara esa tarde entonces me llegaría el jueves por la mañana.
Hoy viernes dia 31 no he recibido nada pero es que ni siquiera contesta a mis correos. En el soporte me dicen que si me prometió los 300 € que en un principio eran 510 €, que me los daba con toda seguridad el jueves dia 30, despues me dicen que el viernes dia 31 y aqui estoy esperando a ver si alguien dice la verdad porque hasta ahora todo son mentiras.
Por eso digo en el titulo de la reseña que ser VIP no interesa.
Estoy bastante decepcionado con este casino ya que desde que me registré he sido fiel sin jugar en ningun otro casino y como veis este es el trato que recibo y juego todos los dias bastante tiempo y hago apuestas cuantiosas pero me tratan muy mal.
En [email protected] me piden una pantalla donde se vea la bonificacion que me ha dado el gerente vip y ya la he enviado varias veces pero esto sigue igual.
Aqui en España se dice " las palabras se las lleva el viento" aparte de que esta claro que no hay seriedad ni formalidad en este casino y a los hechos me remito. O en su caso , el gerente vip siempre me miente.
