Želim da uložim žalbu na ovu kompaniju.
Podneo sam svoj zahtev za povlačenje 5. marta 2025.
Povlačenje je danas po treći put odbijeno zbog tehničkih problema.
Imam 715,00 € za podizanje i pokušavam da unesem više iznosa i više različitih kartica. Usput, sve kartice su verifikovane.
problem je u tome što koriste Mastercard isplatu, ali trgovac nije isti kao onaj koji sam im platio, pa Mastercard odbija kreditirana sredstva.
ovo traje nedelju dana i to je neprihvatljivo.
možete li molim vas da mi savetujete šta drugo mogu da uradim?

I want to submit a complaint about this company.
I have submitted my withdrawal request the 5th of March 2025.
The withdrawal has been rejected today for the third time for technical issues.
I have €715.00 to withdraw and I have been trying to multiple amount and multiple different cards. By the way all the cards are verified.
the problem is that they are using Mastercard payout, but the merchant is not the same as the one I have paid them, therefore Mastercard is rejecting the funds credited.
this has been going on for a week and it is unacceptable.
could you please advise that else I can do?
