Tema: Kazino iWild odlaže isplatu 700 evra – lažna obećanja i nema isplate

Zatražio sam isplatu od 700 evra 27.09.2025. Prema uslovima korišćenja kazina iWild, isplate bi trebalo da budu obrađene u roku od 48–72 sata.
U ovom trenutku oni samo odugovlaču povlačenje novca i stalno ponavljaju iste stvari, a u međuvremenu je četvrti dan, a nisu ni obradili povlačenje, a kamoli da je stiglo do moje banke.
Sada je prošlo više od ovog vremenskog okvira, ali moja isplata se i dalje prikazuje kao „obrađuje se". Korisnička podrška stalno ponavlja iste fraze („obrađuje se, molimo sačekajte"), ali ništa se ne dešava. Čak su mi rekli da sam „prvi u redu", što očigledno nije istina – da sam prvi, ovo bi bilo rešeno za 30 minuta, a ne za nekoliko dana.
Pitao sam ih o KYC-u i potvrdili su da je moj nalog već verifikovan i da nisu potrebna dodatna dokumenta. Dakle, nema razloga za kašnjenje.
Imam snimke ekrana i imejlove koji dokazuju da stalno odugovlače i daju obmanjujuće informacije. Takođe sam primetio da su se mnogi drugi igrači tokom septembra žalili da nedeljama čekaju na isplate bez rezultata. Ovo pokazuje jasan obrazac ponašanja.
Već sam podneo prijavu Upravi za igre na sreću Kurasaoa ( [email protected]
), ali sada objavljujem ovu javnu žalbu kako bi drugi igrači bili upozoreni.
Ljubazno molim CasinoGuru da mi pomogne u obradi mog zakonitog povlačenja sredstava.
Imam još snimaka ekrana, ali ne mogu ih sve da postavim, verovatno nisam prvi koji priča o njima.

I requested a withdrawal of €700 on 27.09.2025. According to iWild Casino’s own terms, withdrawals are supposed to be processed within 48–72 hours.
At this point they are just stalling the withdrawal, and they are saying the same stuff all the time, meanwhile its 4th day and they did not even process withdrawal let alone that it reached my bank.
It has now been longer than this timeframe, but my withdrawal still shows as "processing." Support keeps repeating the same phrases ("it’s being processed, please wait"), but nothing happens. They even told me that I am "first in the queue," which is clearly not true – if I were first, this would have been solved in 30 minutes, not several days.
I asked them about KYC and they confirmed my account is already verified and no additional documents are required. So there is no reason for the delay.
I have screenshots and emails proving that they are constantly stalling and giving misleading information. I also noticed that many other players have been complaining during September that they wait weeks for withdrawals without results. This shows a clear pattern of behavior.
I have already filed a report to the Curaçao Gaming Authority ([email protected]
), but I am now posting this public complaint so other players can be warned.
I kindly ask CasinoGuru to assist in getting my rightful withdrawal processed.
