Trećeg novembra sam primio svoj Inbet bonus od 2000. Tokom popodneva sam uspeo da ga otključam, ostavljajući mi 3000. Zatražio sam isplatu, ali nisam znao da moram da uplatim depozit i igram. Sledećeg dana sam kontaktirao podršku i objasnili su mi u vezi sa mojim depozitom od 200 i da moram da ga odigram. Rečeno mi je da, kako bih ubrzao isplatu, kada odigram 200, treba da podignem 3000 u dva dela od po 1500. Odigrao sam svojih 200 i osvojio 7000, što mi je dalo ukupno 10000. Do petog sam zatražio isplatu u dva dela, kako je naloženo, navodno da bi se stvari ubrzale. Šestog sam proverio i otkrio da su moje isplate odbijene i da je moj balans od 7000 nestao; ostalo je samo 3000 koje su mi vraćene zbog odbijene isplate. Kontaktirao sam podršku i pitao za razlog odbijanja i da li je bilo problema sa mojim nalogom. Odgovorili su da nema problema, da je sve u redu. Njihov je problem što mogu ponovo da zatražim povlačenje sredstava, a do danas, 12. novembra, još uvek mi nisu ništa dali. Rekli su da će to trajati najviše 72 sata, a kada pitam, njihovi odgovori nisu jasni; samo mi kažu da rade na tome. Poslao sam im imejlove, a oni odgovaraju istim tonom. On November 3rd, I received my 2000 Inbet bonus. During the afternoon, I managed to unlock it, leaving me with 3000. I requested a withdrawal, but I didn't know I had to make a deposit and play. The next day, I contacted support, and they explained about my 200 deposit and that I had to play it. They told me that to expedite my withdrawal, once I had played the 200, I should withdraw the 3000 in two parts of 1500. I played my 200 and won 7000, giving me a total of 10000. By the 5th, I requested my withdrawal in two parts, as instructed, supposedly to speed things up. On the 6th, I checked and found that my withdrawals had been rejected, and my 7000 balance was gone; only the 3000 that had been returned to me due to the rejected withdrawal remained. I contacted support and asked the reason for the rejection and if there were any problems with my account. They replied that there were no problems, that everything was fine. It was their problem that I could request my withdrawal again, and as of today, November 12th, they still haven't given me anything. They said it would take a maximum of 72 hours, and when I ask, their answers aren't clear; they just tell me they're working on it. I've sent them emails, and they respond with the same thing. El dia 3 de noviembre obtuve mi bono de 2000 inbet en el transcurso de la tarde logre liberarlo quedandome libre 3000 solicite mi retiro pero desconocia que tenia que hacer un deposito y jugar al otro dia pregunto a soporte me explican lo de mi deposito de 200 y que debia jugarlo y que para que hacelerara mi retiro una vez jugados los 200 retirara los 3000 en dos partes de 1500 jugue mis 200 y gane 7000 tenia un total ya de 10000 para el dia 5 yo solicito mi retiro en 2 partes como m dijeron segun para agilizar mi retiro el dia 6 checo que mis retiros fueron rrechazados y mi saldo de 7000 ya no estaba solo estaban los 3000 que me habian devuelto por retiro rrechazado hable a soporte pregunte el motivo del rrechazo y si tenia problemas mi cuenta alo que ellos respondieron que no que todo estaba bien que habia sido un problema de ellos que podia volver a solicitar mi retiro y hasta el dia de hoy 12 de noviembre aun nada me dieron max 72 hrs y al preguntar no son claros con sus respuestas solo me dicen que estan trabajando en eso igual les envie correos y responden lo mismo he visto varios casos como el mio
