However, it is important to note that your deposits were used for real play, where outcomes could result in wins or losses. As such, we cannot request a refund of funds that were already wagered and lost during gameplay.
Please note that if you had an active balance and the casino refused to pay it out solely because of the lack of a Belgian residence permit, we would certainly step in and investigate further. In your case, however, the deposits were already lost through play, which makes a refund impossible.
