Zdravo,
Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa nepravednim i ponovljenim odbijanjima sa mog računa od strane PlanGames Casino-a, uprkos poštovanju njihovih Uslova i odredbi.
Pozadina:
30. juna 2025. godine, uplatio sam 46 evra preko MiFinity-ja.
Nakon uplate depozita, aktivirao sam besplatne okrete od menadžera, a zatim i bonus od 40 besplatnih okretaja u ponedeljak.
U početku nisam koristio svoj depozit za igranje — koristio sam samo besplatne okrete.
Od besplatnih okretaja (bez depozita), osvojio sam oko 130 evra i ispunio sam uslov klađenja od 40 puta.
Prema uslovima i odredbama PlanGames-a (odeljak 4.2), maksimalni dobitak od besplatnih okretaja je 100 €, pa je kazino smanjio moj saldo na 100 €. Nisam se složio sa načinom na koji je obrađen moj depozit od 46 €, ali sam prihvatio izjednačenje od 100 € i nastavio da igram.
Sa ovim prilagođenim stanjem, ponovo sam igrao i pobedio, podigavši svoj balans na oko 800 evra kroz normalnu igru.
Odjednom, moj saldo je ponovo smanjen na 100 evra, i rečeno mi je da sam trebalo da podignem i ponovo uplatim tih 100 evra pre nego što nastavim da igram.
Zašto je ovo pogrešno:
Ovaj zahtev nije nigde naveden u Uslovima i odredbama.
Uslovi i odredbe se odnose na maksimalni dobitak, a ne na maksimalno povlačenje ili obavezne procedure povlačenja/ponovnog depozita.
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo i niko me nije upozorio na takvu situaciju.
Igrao sam fer i u okvirima ograničenja koristeći već podešen balans.
Ovo drugo smanjenje stanja je, po mom mišljenju, potpuno proizvoljno i nije zasnovano na pisanim pravilima kazina. Verujem da sam sve ispravno pratio i da je ovo slučaj nepravednog sprovođenja propisa i postupanja sa igračima.
Molim:
Vraćanje mog dobitka sa prilagođenog stanja od 100 evra.
Potpun pregled mog slučaja u skladu sa objavljenim Uslovima kazina.
Drago mi je da pružim snimke ekrana, istoriju balansa i transkripte ćaskanja ako je potrebno.

Hello,
I am submitting this complaint regarding unfair and repeated deductions from my balance by PlanGames Casino, despite following their Terms and Conditions.
Background:
On June 30, 2025, I deposited €46 via MiFinity.
After depositing, I activated free spins from the manager, and then the Monday bonus of 40 free spins.
I did not use my deposit to play initially — I used the free spins only.
From the free spins (no-deposit), I won around €130, and I completed the 40x wagering requirement.
As per PlanGames' T&Cs (section 4.2), the maximum win from free spins is €100, so the casino reduced my balance to €100. I disagreed with how my €46 deposit was handled, but I accepted the €100 adjustment and continued playing.
With this adjusted balance, I played and won again, raising my balance to around €800 through normal gameplay.
Suddenly, my balance was again reduced to €100, and I was told that I should have withdrawn and redeposited the €100 before playing further.
Why this is wrong:
This requirement is not stated anywhere in the Terms and Conditions.
The T&Cs refer to maximum win, not maximum withdrawal or mandatory withdrawal/redeposit procedures.
I contacted live chat support multiple times, and no one warned me about such a condition.
I played fairly and within limits using the already adjusted balance.
This second balance reduction is, in my view, completely arbitrary and not based on the casino’s written rules. I believe I followed everything correctly and that this is a case of unfair enforcement and player treatment.
I am requesting:
The restoration of my winnings from the adjusted €100 balance.
A full review of my case in accordance with the casino’s published Terms.
I am happy to provide screenshots, balance history, and chat transcripts if needed.
