Nakon što sam izgubio nekoliko hiljada evra za dve nedelje, danas, 29. jula, tri puta sam uplatio po 500 evra, što je ukupno 1.500 evra. Ispostavilo se da sam uspeo nešto da osvojim, imajući stanje na kazinu od 2.152 evra. Kada sam pokušao da podignem novac, jer su uslovi za klađenje već bili ispunjeni, uspeo sam da podignem samo 1.000 evra, što je i obrađeno. Preostalih 1.000 evra plus 152 evra su više puta odbijani, bez objašnjenja ili razlog zašto su odbijeni. Pokušao sam nekoliko puta, ali ih stalno odbijaju.
U ćaskanju, kao i uvek, kažu da sačekate 24 ili 48 sati, ali niko ništa ne zna, a agenti u ćaskanju nisu isti oni koje poznajem iz mnogobrojnih razgovora sa njima. Možda povremeno otpuštaju postojeće agente i zapošljavaju nove. Ali to nije baš moj problem.
Problem je u tome što vam uopšte ne odgovaraju, a odgovori se snimaju. Kažu vam: „Molim vas, sačekajte 20 ili 30 minuta, pokušaću da rešim problem." Posle 30 minuta, govore vam istu stvar iznova i iznova: „Molimo vas da nas kontaktirate u roku od 24-48 sati."
Ovo je treći ili četvrti put da pišem Guruu i problem je uvek rešen, a ja sam žalbu označio kao „Rešeno".
Stoga, ponovo apelujem na Gurua da vidi zašto ne plaćaju i čak ni ne kažu zašto se isplate odbijaju. Mogu poslati snimke ekrana kako biste videli da se odbijaju bez ikakvog objašnjenja, i to je nešto što rade stalno.

Despues de perder varios miles de euros en dos semanas, hoy dia 29 de julio he depositado 500 € tres veces, es decir, en total 1500 €. Resulta que pude ganar algo teniendo de saldo en el casino la cantidad de 2.152 €. Cuando voy a retirar porque ya se han cumplido los requisitos de apuesta, solamente he podido hacer un retiro de 1000 € que ha sido procesado. Los otros 1000 € mas 152 € me lo rechazan una y otra vea sin explicar ni decir porque los rechazan y lo he intentado varias veces pero siguen rechazandolos.
En el chat, como siempre, te dicen que espere 24 o 48 horas pero nadie sabe nada de nada y los agentes del chat ya no son los mismos que me conocen de habar hablado tantas veces. Sera que cada un tiempo echan a los agentes que estaban y contratan nuevos. Pero eso la verdad, no es mi problema.
Aqui el problema es que no te atienden para nada y las respuestas estan grabadas. Te dicen " espere 20 o 30 minutos y le intentare solucionar el tema" . Pasados los 30 minutos te dicen lo mismo una y otra vez " contacte con nosotros pasadas 24-48 horas".
Es la tercera o cuarta vez que escribo en Guru y siempre se ha podido resolver el tema y he puesto la queja como " Resuelta".
Por ello apelo de nuevo a Guru a ver porque no pagan y ni siquiera dicen porque se rechazan los retiros. Puedo enviar pantallas para que vean que son rechazados sin explicacion ninguna y esto es algo que hacen continuamente.
He decidido , una vez me paguen los 1.152 € restantes, he decidido digo ,que no voy a jugar mas en este casino porque en vez de divertirme lo que hago es sufrir .
Que casualidad que con los depositos nunca hay ningun problema, todos los depositos son aceptados pero los retiros parece que no quieren pagar.
Mando pantalla de los retiros rechazados una y otra vez y sin explicar el por que lo rechazan. Llevo perdido mucho dinero en este mal casino y miren como me tratan.........
