Nažalost, moji su svi bankovni transferi putem otvorenog bankarskog mehanizma (ili SEPA transfera kako se to pojavljuje na MiStake/Velobet-u), a drugo, moja banka je Revolut koji je na glasu užasan u pomaganju klijentima i osoblju da razgovaraju s vama kao da botovi ne obraćaju pažnju na nijednu od vaših tačaka.
Požalio sam se Revolutu i u njihovom odgovoru, koji je bio veoma čudan, oni su u istom pasusu rekli da će pokušati da povrate sredstva, a zatim da nakon daljeg pregleda neće pošto je neregulisano kockanje prekršilo njihove uslove! Kada sam ovo dodatno pitao, njihovi zaposlenici botova mi nisu odgovorili i samo su ponavljali da je aktivnost protiv njihovih uslova itd.
Tako da mi sada pomaže kompanija za upravljanje potraživanjima koja je specijalizovana za prevare i čekamo dodelu Ombudsmana.
Vaša situacija bi mogla biti jednostavnija od moje ako koristite karticu i možete da vratite novac ili imate banku sa nekom etikom i empatijom, ali inače nije lako uhvatiti se u koštac sa ovim šarlatanima.
Unfortunately mine were all banking transfers via the open banking mechanism (or SEPA transfers as it appears on MyStake/Velobet) and secondly my bank are Revolut who are notoriously awful at helping customers and staff talk to you like bots not addressing any of your points.
I complained to Revolut and in their response, which was very odd, they said in the same paragraph both that they would try to recover the funds then that upon further review they would not as the unregulated gambling violated their terms! When I queried this further their bot employees wouldn’t answer me and just kept repeating about the activity being against their terms etc.
So now a Claims Management Company who specialise in fraud are assisting me and we are awaiting an Ombudsman allocation.
Your situation might be more straightforward than mine if you used a card and can chargeback or have a bank with some ethics and empathy but otherwise it’s not easy taking on these charlatans.
