Koliko mi je rečeno, ranije smo im pokazali sniženi Indeks bezbednosti kako bismo pokazali da ćemo ga značajno sniziti ako ne počnu da isplaćuju igrače sa otvorenim žalbama. Međutim, kao što sam rekao, na osnovu iskustava sa drugom grupom kazina, mi preferiramo manje invazivan pristup kako bismo mogli da postignemo konačno poboljšanje i osiguramo da će bar oni koji nisu izgubili novac u tom procesu (duboko mi je žao zbog tog ishoda) biti plaćeni. Naravno, razumem da je sve vreme izgledalo kao da samo stojimo i čekamo, a da ne preduzimamo direktne akcije.
Kazino tvrdi da sada neće biti problema i čekamo pravi ishod. Razumem da vam ovo nije najbolja uteha; i ja bih bio razočaran.

As far as I was told, we showed them lowered Safety Index before to demonstrate that we will lower it significantly if they fail to start paying out players with open complaints. It took some time, but eventually they improved their efforts. However I agree the situation was weird. As a result, the majority of players have been paid after that. However, one relapse, and my colleague from the Data Team assured me that the impact on the Safety Index will be quite worse.
Casinos like Snatch are big and well-known, and there will always be complaints, but based on the actual number and complaints breakdown, most of the actual delays are not of the same kind. Based on our findings, the casino fulfills its payment obligations aside from a few new complaints, but mostly those are in early stages—gathering information from players.
I'd like to say that I'm aware of the quite irrational picture you have been seeing. It took you more than 3 months to get €100 and the complaint was closed and resolved with no impact on the Index. I get it perfectly.
However, as I said, based on experiences with another group of casinos, we prefer a less invasive approach so we could get the final improvement and ensure at least those who had not lost the money in the process (I'm deeply sorry for that outcome) will be paid. Of course I understand the whole time it looked like we were just standing around waiting without taking direct actions.
The casino claims there will be no issues now, and we are waiting for the real outcome. I understand this is not the best comfort for you; I would be disappointed too.
