Podnosim žalbu protiv NV kazina (83nv7.casino).
Uplatio sam pravi novac i igrao bez korišćenja ikakvog bonusa. Nakon što sam pobedio i dostigao stanje od približno 2000 evra, zatražio sam isplatu.
Pre toga, korisnička podrška mi je eksplicitno potvrdila u ćaskanju da će mi dobici biti isplaćeni.
Međutim, nakon zahteva za povlačenje novca, moj nalog je iznenada blokiran. Kazino sada tvrdi:
da sam prekršio pravila time što sam imao više naloga
i da sam pokazivao znake zavisnosti od kockanja
Obe tvrdnje su lažne i kontradiktorne.
1. Ako je kazino verovao da imam više naloga, trebalo je to da otkriju ranije, ne tek nakon što sam pobedio i zatražio povlačenje novca.
2. Korišćenje „zavisnosti od kockanja" kao razloga za trajno oduzimanje sredstava je zloupotreba. Pravila odgovornog kockanja su namenjena zaštiti igrača, a ne opravdavanju zadržavanja njihovog novca.
3. Kazino nije pružio dokaze o višestrukim nalozima i nije mi dao nikakvu priliku da razjasnim ili ispravim navodne probleme.
4. Kazino je prvo obećao isplatu, a tek kasnije je promenio stav.
Kazino se takođe reklamira kao kazino za Bugarsku, dok posluje pod licencom Kurasaa, što je obmanjujuće.

Važno pojašnjenje:
Eksplicitno sam obavestio kazino o svom prethodnom nalogu.
Uprkos tome što su bili potpuno svesni ovoga, korisnička podrška je pismeno potvrdila da će mi dobitak biti isplaćen nakon verifikacije.
Takođe su potvrdili da će mi račun biti blokiran tek nakon uplate.
Tek nakon mog zahteva za povlačenje, kazino je promenio svoj stav i odbio da obradi povlačenje.

I am submitting a complaint against NV Casino (83nv7.casino).
I deposited real money and played without using any bonus. After winning and reaching a balance of approximately 2000 EUR, I requested a withdrawal.
Before that, customer support explicitly confirmed to me in chat that my winnings would be paid.
However, after the withdrawal request, my account was suddenly blocked. The casino now claims:
that I violated the rules by having multiple accounts
and that I showed signs of gambling addiction
Both claims are false and contradictory.
1. If the casino believed I had multiple accounts, they should have detected this earlier, not only after I won and requested a withdrawal.
2. Using "gaming addiction" as a reason to permanently confiscate funds is abusive. Responsible gambling rules are meant to protect players, not to justify keeping their money.
3. The casino provided no evidence of multiple accounts and did not give me any chance to clarify or correct alleged issues.
4. The casino first promised payment and only later changed its position.
The casino is also advertising itself as a casino for Bulgaria, while operating under a Curacao license, which is misleading.
I request:
full payment of my legitimate winnings
OR
at minimum, a refund of my deposited funds

balance
chat confirmation that winnings would be paid
later messages confirming account block and confiscation
Important clarification:
I explicitly informed the casino about my previous account.
Despite being fully aware of this, customer support confirmed in writing that my winnings would be paid after verification.
They also confirmed that my account would be blocked only after the payment.
Only after my withdrawal request did the casino change its position and refuse to process the withdrawal.
