I don’t mean to rehash your complaint, because from our perspective the situation looked very different, and the evidence presented to the casino was strong. I understand you won’t admit anything publicly, and I’m not here to start debating who was lying. That’s not my goal.

What I suggested before was to contact the licensing authority. There, the casino can present its proofs, and you can see the outcome objectively—that’s the "second opinion" I mentioned.

Continuing to post about "public fairness" won’t really change anything and doesn’t carry much credibility, especially when everyone can already see how your own complaint was evaluated.

It’s entirely your choice, of course, but if you want a another resolution, the licensing authority is the way to go.
