Pišem ovu recenziju teška srca jer sam ovom kazinu dao visoku ocenu još u maju. Stvari su se dramatično promenile na gore.
U aprilu, Chipstars Casino je imao najviši bezbednosni rejting na forumu Casino Guru, što me je navelo da tamo otvorim nalog. U početku sam bio skeptičan i želeo sam da ih testiram, ali su brzo zaslužili moje poverenje. Ako ste izgubili nešto novca u kazinu (na primer, izgubio sam oko 4.000 evra na ruletu), davali su 10% povraćaja novca, svakodnevno su me kontaktirali kao Jehovini svedoci — često preko Telegrama i VhatsApp-a — i nudili razne promocije. Kada sam zatražio isplatu, bilo je brzo, u roku od 24 sata. Ako bih odmah kontaktirao korisničku podršku i zatražio ubrzanu isplatu, ona bi bila obrađena u roku od sat vremena. Zvuči idealno, zar ne? Zato sam im prvi put dao pozitivnu ocenu i to je u suštini bila njihova hodajuća reklama.
Međutim... Stvari su se promenile.
Moj račun je postepeno prešao iz gubitka u profit, a poslednjih nekoliko meseci je stalno bio pozitivan. Nekoliko puta je moja opklada na rulet bila jednostavno „odbijena" zbog „tehničkih problema", ali to su bile manje stvari. Pravi problem je nastao sa isplatama. Kao VIP igrač, više nisam imao isti tretman. Blokirali su me na Telegramu/VhatsApp-u, i kad god sam pitao korisničku podršku kada mogu da očekujem svoj novac, nailazili su na kašnjenja ili izgovore, prenoseći problem na „finansijsko odeljenje", rekavši da kao korisnička podrška ne mogu da urade bilo šta. Sasvim suprotno od onoga kako su stvari krenule, zar ne?! Ovo je veoma nepravedan kazino; Čekam mesec dana na isplatu, a one odugovlače. Ovaj kazino definitivno ima DVA LICA: jedno za igrače kada gube, a drugo za igrače kada pobeđuju.

I write this review with a heavy heart because I gave this casino a high rating back in May. Things have changed dramatically for the worse.
In April, Chipstars Casino had the highest security rating from the Casino Guru forum, which prompted me to open an account there. At first, I was skeptical and wanted to test them, but they quickly earned my trust. If you lost some money in the casino (for example, I lost around 4,000 euros on roulette), they gave a 10% cashback, contacted me daily like Jehovah’s Witnesses—often through Telegram and WhatsApp—and offered various promotions. When I requested a payout, it was fast, within 24 hours. If I contacted customer support immediately and asked for an expedited payout, it would be processed within an hour. Sounds ideal, right? That's why I gave them a positive rating the first time and was basically their walking advertisement.
However... Things changed.
My account gradually went from a loss to a profit, and for the past few months, it's been consistently in the positive. A few times, my bet on roulette was simply "rejected" due to "technical issues," but those were minor things. The real issue arose with payouts. As a VIP player, I no longer received the same treatment. They BLOCKED me on Telegram/WhatsApp, and whenever I asked customer support when I could expect my money, I was met with delays or excuses, transferring the problem to the "finance department," saying that as customer support, they couldn’t do anything. Quite the opposite of how things started, right?! This is a very unfair casino; I've been waiting a month for my payout, and they keep stalling. This casino definitely has TWO FACES: one for players when they’re losing, and another for players when they’re winning.
