Dana 31. maja 2025. u 00:20, zatražio sam povlačenje 1.150 XRP sa mog računa kod Bets.io. Od datuma ove žalbe, povlačenje je i dalje u toku, bez napretka, bez značajnih ažuriranja i bez rešenja.
Detalji:
Kontaktirao sam podršku i svog dodeljenog VIP menadžera više puta tokom nekoliko dana.
Jedini odgovor koji i dalje dobijam je da „finansijski tim proverava" moj zahtev.
Nisam dobio nikakav vremenski okvir, nikakvu promenu statusa, niti objašnjenje za kontinuirano kašnjenje.
Uprkos tome što sam problem eskalirao menadžment timu, nisam dobio nikakvu potvrdu niti dalju reakciju.
Nisu prekršeni nikakvi Uslovi i odredbe sa moje strane. Moj nalog je u potpunosti verifikovan, a zahtev za povlačenje je podnet ispravno i u dobroj veri.
Vodim kompletnu dokumentaciju o svojoj igračkoj sesiji i celokupnoj komunikaciji sa Bets.io, koja može biti dostavljena na zahtev.
Zašto podnosim žalbu:
Nakon dana odugovlačenja i nejasnih odgovora, sada ovu situaciju tumačim kao odbijanje da se obradi moja isplata, što se svodi na zadržavanje legitimnih dobitaka. Ovakvo ponašanje izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa poverenjem, transparentnošću i fer tretmanom igrača.
Već sam kontaktirao Bets.io putem kanala za podršku i formalno se žalio njihovom menadžmentu, ali sam potpuno ignorisan. Stoga sada tražim spoljno posredovanje putem ove platforme.

I have contacted support and my assigned VIP Manager multiple times over several days.
The only response I continue to receive is that the "finance team is checking" my request.
I have received no timeframe, no status change, and no explanation for the continued delay.
Despite escalating the issue to the management team, I have received no acknowledgment or follow-up whatsoever.
No Terms & Conditions have been violated on my part. My account is fully verified, and the withdrawal request was made correctly and in good faith.
I have maintained full documentation of my gaming session and all communications with Bets.io, which can be provided upon request.
Why I’m Filing a Complaint:
After days of stonewalling and vague responses, I now interpret this situation as a refusal to process my withdrawal, which amounts to withholding of legitimate winnings. This behavior raises serious concerns regarding trust, transparency, and fair treatment of players.
I have already contacted Bets.io via support channels and formally complained to their management, but have been completely ignored. Therefore, I am now requesting external mediation through this platform.
