My status is that the payout has been approved. That status was as at the 3rd of October 2019. After that they have now twice requested my account details. Once by Gordon and once by Eunice. This information was provided to them initially when I requested the withdrawal in September. They do not reply to my messages or e-mails. In total I have been waiting for a month.
I contacted the casino regarding this issue. I will let you know as soon as I have more information.
