Basically I withdrew $800 almost 2 weeks ago, and the support no longer gives me live support, they tell me automatically I need to email them and which I do, and it typically takes a few days to get responses, there most recent one said I needed to do KYC Lvl 3 and which I did, and no response after that. Im tired of the terrible communication and just want my money.
