Play24bet sent me several emails and they said that they do take players from the United Kingdom but the do not. They do not have a license issue by the UK Gambling Commission and block my account as soon as I told them that they do not have the license it is illegal to transact with a uk player with out a license issue by the uk gambling commisionfilefile

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"Prohibited Jurisdictions

Curacao, United States of America, United Kingdom and Israel."

 

I would like to emphasize a very important fact from our Fair Gambling Codex:

"For a casino to be classified as a 'fair casino' or a 'fair and safe casino' by our review team, it must not allow players from restricted countries to create an account and play. The check for restricted countries must be done during the account-creation process."

 

"The right thing to do is to check for restricted countries during the account creation process, and to not allow players from restricted countries to register and play. If the casino knows about restricted countries and also knows the player's country of residence, it's not a big issue to enforce this rule.

If the casino allows a player from a restricted country to play because it hasn't implemented this check, it should accept that it was the casino's mistake and pay out all winnings to the player despite the fact that they shouldn't have been allowed to play in the first place, provided that the player hasn't done anything else that's against the rules."

 

Janette, I would like to ask you to confirm, that you haven’t used a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to alter your location, when opening the account. Your confirmation is essential for this case and I’m not asking this to get you in trouble, I’m just trying to understand how the casino handles its own rules. Finally, please advise if you have played any of your funds or your account was blocked as soon as you’ve deposited? I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have use my iPhone to play. I have not manipulated any shape of form. All I did is type www.play24bet.com and register. They send me texts , emails even though they do not have a license issue by the uk gambling commision .

They have taken 180 euros total from card. They have illegally taken my money I complaint later close my account . They do not have a license issue by the gambling commission and they are committing a crime .

I am very sorry but the casino is unresponsive to our messages.


Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.

I can confirm that the Betsoft games do not look fake at all.


Janette, I am very sorry but my answer may not satisfy your request. If you legitimately lost your deposits then we can't force the casino to return your deposits. The fact that they operate on the UK market without the UK license is between the casino and the Gambling Commission (we cannot interfere and the best solution might be to contact the Gambling Commission).


We can only recommend you to always check if the casino has the proper licensing and choose only the casino with UK license.

As I have already mentioned, since you have legitimately lost your deposits in the casino we believe you are not entitled to a refund.

Also they do not have a license issue by the U.K. and is a criminal offence to advertise why do took money ? Without a license issue by the U.K. and they text me 2 days knowingly that I was an addict and that they do not have a license issue by the U.K. they even told me to deposit some more file
