A player from Australia joined the casino, made deposits and managed to win about A$200. When he made a withdrawal request, he found out that he could not log back into his account. According to the player the information on the website curiously says that the casino is not available in his country even though the casino is targeting the Australian market. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hi I joined planet 7 casino as it was meant to be for Australia online as advertised I spent a couple of hundred dollars and all was working well until I had a win and tried to withdraw. When I tried withdrawal the planet 7 site kicked me off and now can not log back into the site and now says not available in my country.????? I feel very scammed as if i had of known this site planet 7 was like this i never would have joined its a scam the whole thing
