Hello,

i requested the withdrawal of 370 pounds, however, they refused to pay that much…. In my opinion they have already broken the law by doing that as I am convinced that by UK regulations player’s money and the access to these funds is something absolutely uncontested and unconditionally non negotiable. This is just the blue print, the core, the very foundations and the gist of trusting such businesses like casinos or otherwise who would even play there

anyway, I had no choice ofher than to agreee to the max amount allowed by them to cash out which was 357

i have requested this amount then

Not was even that acknowledged by them as they have deducted an additional fee leaving the amount to be paid set at 355

this additional fee is another extortion of an objectionable kind to me

either the money are protected by the scheme and the player can rest assured that it’s the case or it’s all some sham and hoax?

Nevertheless. I didn’t joust over that, and i just wanted my money

the problem is that they haven’t paid it

I also have accounts elsewhere. The longest time of awaiting a withdrawal ever when playing elsewhere was max 2 hours later

This is something which stinks like scam to me and I start getting very concerned about that I may have fallen into scam

i had signed up with them shoetly before so this is my first time withdrawing anything from them

Have i fallen into a blatant scam or not?

I had checked and allegedly they were fully licensed in the UK

why then they are acting like some bunch of crooks??

Finally, there is no contact

they don’t respond to emails

i received any reply only once

in that response i was being assured of that the payment would be getting processed promptly and with no delay

it was a lie as i can see now

no other emails i have sent through were ever replied to

i need my money!!!!

i want my money!!!

that is their legal responsibility and a formal debts they have towards me

Why are they acting in this way?

are they even legit?

or it’s a scam that i have been caught into?

please help me to recover my money

i will appreciate your help in this matter as I start being very apprehensive about whether playing there is safe

kind regards

iga

Dear Igama,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Complaints Resolution Center

PS: Our initial response was generated based on the information you provided when submitting your complaint. If there has been any misunderstanding and the issue is different or more than just a delayed payment, please rest assured—we will review the details thoroughly and get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, yes they finally paid. Thank you

However, your comments are something I can't really fully understand

Firstly, a couple of weeks to process the payment????

Did you mean what you wrote or it was some blunder?

Should it ever on Earth become the case to be made have to wait two weeks for any crooks of that kind to pay my legally owned funds, this would instantly be the very last time I would even think of playing there period.

Lastly, by your words..." If your account is fully verified. withdrawal approved, etc....."

Excuse me, by the regulation is very clear on this - never can a player allowed to deposit a single pound prior to having been fully verified in beforehand

This, what do you mean?

If the casino have broken the law resulting in failing to have the players verified which thus would constitute a clear breach to everything, then it is their problem and it would then have absolutely nothing to do with the withdrawal, which by law would still be more than due to be processed beyond any margin of talk about it.

That is because the access to funds owned by the player is clearly defined in the regulation as the pivotal, fundamental core rule that must never be taken hostage to knavish tricks, such as "now we firstly need to verify you in order to pay you your money "....

Any situation like that is an immediate act of an arrogant contempt to the law, and defiance of the regulation by all means. Whoever or whatever business ever indulges in such an attempt, having firstly broken the law by allowing the player to deposit, and then doubling it down by breaking the law once again which would materialize in an unlawful impeding the payer to exercise their right to access their legally owned money, is beyond the level of doubt just a scammer.crook, and practically a fraudster.

That's the law.

So, could you kindly explain what you even meant by your comment, or perhaps I have misconstrued it ?

This wasn't the case for me, as I had been fully verified of course.

I have however commented here in a broader way to remove the fallacy from growing bigger in this tread.

Money paid to the player is something unchallenged and it's the foundation that cannot be congested. It is unchallenged and free from stipulations or small prints of any kind.

Would be great if you understood it as the fact.

If you of course want to be on the side of justice and help people rather than defending scam in the future.

Nonetheless, yes. I finally was paid.

Thanks

Dear Igama, what we meant was simply this: we ask players to be patient, cooperate with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting a withdrawal before submitting a complaint.

I'm glad to hear that your issue has been resolved successfully. I will now mark the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Thank you for your cooperation, and please do not hesitate to contact our Complaint Resolution Center if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future. We are here to help.

Best regards,
