I wish I had come to this site before betting. I won 1800 euros. Then they said they were cancelling and taking the money away because I bet more than the 30%. Surely they could have just taken part of the winnings where i went over.

I have never heard of such a thing where you are only allowed to bet a certain amount of your own money plus bonus!

It's a disgrace. Avoid this casino

"Betting rules

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play.

Using Martingale, double-up, one number bet, and similar systems and strategies.

Purchasing in-game feature including but not limited to free spins, for the accumulated price equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play."

Hi thanks for trying to resolve this problem. I have now closed my account. I deposited 20 euros and had a 50 euro bonus. Off the top of my head I did a few over the 30% maximum. I just think they could have just taken the winnings where I went over as I spent 3 hours doing the wagering requirement cos of the bonus received. You can just ose this case please. I won't be gambling online again for a while especially with a casino like this and I'll also be checking terms and conditions 1st.

Thank you very much for your reply. Please understand, as long as your bonus was active you were not permitted to bet more than the allowed maximum was.

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. Please, understand that breaching the terms led to confiscating all the bonus winnings and it is an irreversible process.
