Super complicated complaint. Player was accused of breaching bonus terms, but the casino did not show proper evidence.
Some money was sent to the player (around $1700). Casino representative told the player that he should not place complaint as she was helping him out. Later they informed the player that money which he received was not meant for him. He was accused of breaching bonus terms. He played blackjack before completing the wagering requirements. This came after a month of waiting even he was ensured multiple times he will receive his winnings. No evidence from the casino. Really strange and unprofessional communication. Accused of breaching terms without the evidence and the player was told to wait for his deposit refund.
