Player asked for a withdrawal, then casino accused him of having breached terms and conditions, all funds seized, deposit returned.
Player is complaining that after he won some money thanks to a bonus, he asked for withdrawal which was approved but never paid. He says casino sent him an email accusing him of breaching terms and conditions and therefore confiscated all his winnings. Only the deposit amount was returned. Player confirms he kept checking the rules and status of his funds along the game and denies any rules breaching. No reaction from the casino, no more update from the player.

Player is complaining about long withdrawal processing. In the end, casino replies that it is a common issue for Norwegian players and that it is an issue of the Norwegian bank system. No more update since, the player has probably been paid.

The customer wanted to withdraw their winnings but was declined by the casino, the deposit was returned and winnings confiscated based on their Bonus terms. Casino proved that they were in the right and the customer misread their Bonus terms. Nevertheless, the casino paid out all the winnings to the customer as a sign of good will.

Player's winnings were confiscated, accusation of breaching terms and conditions.
Player complained he used the first 3 deposit bonuses, played and won some money, but all his winnings were confiscated. At the same time, he admitted he hadn't deposited the minimum amount required in order to claim the bonus but still got the bonus. He complained the casino system allowed him to play with the bonus even though he didn' fulfill the conditions. In addition, he used a forbidden payment method for depositing. Casino replied to him and apparently was in contact with the player via phone. Only some of the deposit amount was returned. Uncertain case, no more update since.

A player followed all of the bonus terms and conditions but the casino refused to pay him without any proof provided.
The player outlining the situation appealed like the casino would have paid him all his winning. The casino offered the player to contact the alternative dispute resolution provider. After that, the player explained that he won following all the rules accordingly to which the casino replied that they were investigating the case and would contact him shortly. In this case, a player needed to contact the United Kingdom Gambling Commision to solve his complaint. Luckily for him, UKGK has a very good reputation and he had a good chance of his complaint being solved.

The player, adhering to all the conditions, won a certain amount and according to the rules of the first withdrawal brought only a specific amount. However, after waiting, he noticed that the casino confiscated the entire amount from his account. In this case, the player needs to contact the Malta Gaming Authority to solve his complaint.

The customer wanted to withdraw their large winnings but the casino imposed a withdrawal limit on them. Not wanting to lose their money by staking it, the customer requested to time-out his account but had been declined, after which they set limits on their spending which, according to the customer, didn't work and they lost a considerable amount of money in the casino. The customer then accused the casino of breaking the rules of responsible gambling and requested a refund of his losses. The casino responded to this trying to dispute customer's claims but didn't provide sufficient evidence, thus the complaint is ruled in favor of the customer and escalated to the regulatory body.
